Privacy policy — launch draft

Account and subscription
The iOS app processes your Apple account identifier and the name and email you agree to share, including Apple relay email. Supabase provides authentication and account deletion. Apple handles billing; we do not receive card details. Original acquisition date and subscription status determine seller access.
Products and contact information
Data you enter includes product names, descriptions, prices, condition, photos, display name and contact details, and may include a shop address or map link. Offers are shared with connected Biddy users. Do not place a private home address in a public listing.
Storage and sharing
The current app keeps products, documents and preferences on the device, and relays offers and responses through Supabase. Complete archive synchronization across devices is not currently available. Information shared through WhatsApp or Google Maps is also subject to those services’ policies.
Purpose
Information is used for offers, contact, accounts, subscriptions and support. The current app includes no advertising or advertising tracking tools. Service providers may process technical logs needed for operation and security.
Deletion and support
The iOS app provides account deletion in Account, revoking Apple authorization, deleting the Supabase account and clearing local data after success. Copies previously received or saved by others, or stored in WhatsApp, cannot be withdrawn. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing. Use Support for privacy requests.
Website support and comments
The website stores your name, email and message when you request support. Approved comments display your name and comment, but not your email. Contact support to request removal of a comment or support request.
Website technical data
WordPress may store IP addresses and browser information with comments for security and spam prevention. Hosting processes technical logs, and the design loads fonts from Google Fonts. Comment information may be saved in your browser if you opt in. Contact support to request deletion of support and comment data; backups may persist according to hosting settings.
Form protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify browsers and reduce automated comments and submissions. Cloudflare may process technical browser and network data under its privacy policy.
